Simone Ellul

Simone is an actor, director, improviser and playwright. She attended drama school for four years in Malta, and then furthered her training in the UK, obtaining an MFA in Staging Shakespeare. She is also a qualified Intimacy Director. She is a member of The Ghost Sheep, a Brussels-based English language improvisation troupe, one-half of the female duo Invisible Women and a member of the Sabir Project, which brings together improvisers from all over the Mediterranean.

Simone is a member of the teaching staff at the improvisation school ImproBrussels and teaches various workshops, focusing mainly on grounded improvisation and intimacy. During the pandemic she continued to improvise online, teaching workshops and performing. She is a member of the online troupes Don’t Mess and DNA Dude.tte.s.
